Recently, Activision Blizzard revealed plans for a new Call of Duty board game, which will debut via Kickstarter in fall 2023 and retail worldwide by 2024. Called Call of Duty: The Board Game, this exciting new title allows players to step into the role of elite soldiers fighting across different maps from popular video game franchise Call of Duty while experiencing various scenarios and modes unique to this board game experience. Robert Geistlinger, the company president, explained that this new Call of Duty game will utilize “novel combat, movement, and line-of-sight mechanics.” It is designed for two players initially but can accommodate up to four players by adding more sets. The game will be available both digitally and physically and will feature various missions and scenarios for players to explore, as well as an assortment of weapons and vehicles that they can utilize.
